A cominciare dalla scelta del repertorio: quattro brani firmati dal pianista e due da Bodilsen, gli omaggi ai tanto amati maestri brasiliani, Caetano Veloso e Antonio Carlos Jobim, e una sortita nella classicità riassunta in Francis Poulenc. I suoni sono sempre molto calibrati, non ci sono strappi né tensioni, il tutto procede seguendo delle linee espressive flessuose, rotonde. Come i cerchi provocati dai sassolini che Bollani getta nello stagno del suo danish trio; che si allargano lentamente o si fanno più frequenti a seconda del passo che decide d'imprimere.
