I too experienced the static in the quiet parts. I also noticed the 'S' noises can be a bit distorted in the outer tracks, and on a brand new, sealed copy, both disks have visible bumps and warps. It doesn't affect play, but if you use a light tracking weight or a cheap turntable I think you would experience skipping. - At least with my copy anyway, but that could be because it's been god knows where between 2013 and 2017 only to end up in a record shop in Melbourne, Australia. However, I am not disappointed, it seems to be one of the only vinyl pressings made of this album and I am just grateful to have one of my all time favourite hiphop albums on vinyl. The clear orange colour is awesome too.

The yellow vinyl was a strange choice but other than that the pressing sounds great.
