It is a full of beautiful songs, crude layered but captivating compositions and ethereal 'soundscapes' but lack the sound and production quality of best album from 'The The' to date: 'Soul Mining', due to the fact that it was recorded on an 8 track, as Matt Johnson once told in paper interview.
