Mount Helicon (Ancient Greek: Ἑλικών; Greek: Ελικώνας) is a mountain in the region of Thespiai in Viotia, Greece, celebrated in Greek mythology. With an altitude of 1,749 metres (5,738 ft), it is located approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) from the north coast of the Gulf of Corinth.

TITAN is a atmospheric sludge metal sludge metal music artist. Titan was formed as a four-piece in 2006 before solidifying into a quintet in late 2007. Titan play a style of post-metal heavily rooted in both sludge and hardcore, and come off with a very grandiose, almost soundtrack-like vibe. The band members cite everything from Canadian hardcore and punk to 70's prog rock as their influences.

Helicon 2" was featured on the Scottish Association for Mental Health's 2004 compilation album, One-In-Four. The track begins immediately with a quiet guitar melody, and soft drums which are repeated along with bass and guitar doubling them. At (0:34), the guitar goes on to play a lead part, while the other guitar plays soft harmonics. At (1:08), they slide back into the main riff.

Country of origin: Germany. Location: Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia. Vocalist Andrea Münster sung on Helicon's first demo, "The Heimbach Tapes". She also wrote lyrics for the songs "Black and White" and "Woman", which were later released as a cassette single and featured on the band's debut album. Complete discography.
