Bonham – Change Of A Season lyrics. Write my explanationnew. Rains of winter have come and gone Sign of a season's change I've been here now for a thousand years Well I'll return again. Don't want to end up like you Oh so all alone Your travel road comes once a year I know you wait till then. Around me now the ocean's seas Turn black with rage A devil's game so hard to see You're not your own disguise. In 1990, their debut album The Disregard of Timekeeping topped the rock airplay charts on the success of the single "Wait for You" and helped Bonham garner a gold record from the RIAA in 1990. The band toured extensively for two years, but the impact of such early success on its young members caused a great deal of internal friction. After a lengthy tour, Bonham released their second and final album together, Mad Hatter. Jason Bonham then decided to concentrate on session work and writing new music.

By 1990, Bonham completed a solo debut album called The Disregard of Timekeeping. One of the tracks from this first effort, "Wait for You," earned him a gold record. By 1992, with partners like vocalist Daniel MacMaster, guitarist Ian Hatton, and bassist and keyboardist John Smithson, Bonham finished another album, Mad Hatter. The album carries pop/rock tracks like "Change of a Season," "The Storm," "Backdoor," and "Ride on a Dream
