Pink Floyd have been known to perform and/or record a number of songs and instrumentals which have never been officially released on a single or album. Several previously unreleased songs appeared on The Early Years 1965–1972 box set in November 2016, which marked their first official release.

The discography of Pink Floyd, a British progressive rock band, consists of fifteen studio albums, three live albums, nine compilation albums, four box sets, five extended plays, and twenty-seven singles. Formed in 1965, Pink Floyd initially earned recognition for their psychedelic or space rock music, and, as they evolved, for their progressive rock music.

Pink Floyd‘s eternally popular song cycle has sold more than 15 million copies in the . since its release on March 1st, 1973, and more than 45 million units worldwide. A true colossus of classic rock, the album made its creators – bassist/vocalist Roger Waters, guitarist/vocalist David Gilmour, Rick Wright and drummer Nick Mason – incredibly wealthy, and ultimately spent a mind-boggling 937 weeks on the Billboard 200.

Definitely the best Pink Floyd album. That dark side of the moon was voted best album. I love every Pink Floyd album. This one, however, is my favourite. Wright does an amazing piano piece that really shows off his talents. Waters' songs are probably my least favourite, because they are pretty quiet and weak. Part one of Gilmour's piece is a warm acoustic song with no lyrics.

The Pink Floyd Meddle album was released on October 30th 1971. There has been some rumble over the years that this was one of the worst Pink Floyd album cover ever released. The Pink Floyd box set Shine On defined the process and intent of the cover of Meddle. On the cover was a picture of an ear underneath the water.

Pink floyd - the wall 2LP vinyl record album. The sleeve is still off white with just a little faint corner wear & a small seam split to one inner whilst the vinyl remains excellent with just the odd light sign of play
