Over-Nite Sensation is a studio album by Frank Zappa and The Mothers of Invention, released in September 1973. It was followed by Zappa's solo album Apostrophe (') (1974), which was recorded during the same sessions. Frank Zappa wanted to use backup singers on the songs "I'm the Slime", "Dirty Love", "Zomby Woof", "Dinah-Moe Humm" and "Montana".

Apostrophe', Overnite Sensation. Over the years since then I have amased quite a Zappa collection but I always come back to Apostrophe as the best of Zappa. I love every single cut on this album. I have worn out three records and two cassett tapes and finally broke down and purchased this CD. It was like coming home.

Frank Zappa always gets an updoot.
