SIUE's Harmon-e Delivers Stunningly Spiritual Cover Of Sam Smith's "Him" In Debut Music Video. Who says that you can't go to church on a Friday?

Collegiate a cappella (or college a cappella) ensembles are college-affiliated singing groups, primarily in the United States and, increasingly, the United Kingdom and Ireland, that perform entirely without musical instruments. The groups are typically composed of, operated by, and directed by students. In the context of collegiate a cappella, the term a cappella typically also refers to the music genre performed by pop-centric student singing groups.

Each year, we produce the Best of College A Cappella (BOCA) and Best of High School A Cappella (BOHSA) compilation albums. They feature the the most outstanding recorded tracks of the year, created by student groups around the world and hand-selected by industry legends Deke Sharon and Amanda Newman from among hundreds of submissions. Being selected to appear on this album has become a valuable mark of accomplishment in the a cappella community. Each album is more exciting than the last

To celebrate the release of Pitch Perfect 2 on Friday, we rounded up some of the best a cappella covers around for a Music Monday playlist. Pitch Perfect 2 hits theaters this Friday, meaning we'll get to hear more rockin' a cappella covers from the Bella Bardens and even the Green Bay Packers. To celebrate this exciting week for a cappella junkies, we compiled a Music Monday playlist with 50 of the best a cappella covers around.

Ever since the first college a cappella group was created in 1909, these ensembles have been a fixture on campuses across the nation, bringing both a goofy and a reverent spirit to some of the most popular songs ever written. 1. On the Rocks (University of Oregon)
