Stephen Stills is the debut solo album by American musician Stephen Stills released on Atlantic Records in 1970. It is one of four high-profile albums released by each member of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young in the wake of their 1970 chart-topping album Déjà Vu. Stills dedicated the album to Jimi Hendrix, who had died two months before the album arrived in stores.

GEOGRAPHY, Stephen's Grammy nominated vocal album released in the 1970's, was a follow-up to his critically acclaimed album "From Philly To Tablas", both of which were released between 1977-1980 on the Seattle based record label Music Is Medicine, a subsidiary of First American Records. Some other records on MIM included: Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, Barry Melton (from Country Joe & The Fish fame), and Spirit. "GEOGRAPHY" was recorded at Thunder Oak Audio in Bothel, Washington, and the album "From Philly To Tablas" was recorded at Intermedia Sound in Boston, Massachusetts. The "Philly" LP won Stephen the honor of being voted one of the eight unsung artists of 1978 by Modern Recording Magazine (along with: Dave Brubeck and Bruce Cockburn). We sell all of Stephen's recordings (LP's & CD's) on our site. The album "GEOGRAPHY" is extremely RARE and hard to find in unused condition.
