The U2 360° Tour was a worldwide concert tour by rock band U2. Staged in support of the group's 2009 album No Line on the Horizon, the tour visited stadiums from 2009 through 2011. The concerts featured the band playing "in the round" on a circular stage, allowing the audience to surround them on all sides

Their lyrics, often embellished with spiritual imagery, focus on personal themes and sociopolitical concerns. U2 formed at Mount Temple Comprehensive School in 1976 when the members were teenagers with limited musical proficiency.

Granted, the concert that is chronicled here took place very early in their career, and many of their glory songs had yet to be written, let alone recorded. Still, the band's performance and the quality of the material showed that this was a group of musicians who were really deserving of bigger and better things.
